How to use
This precisely balanced cleanser should be used as the first step in your routine. Apply 2-3 pumps to dry or damp skin and gently massage for 30-60 seconds. Rinse well and follow with serum and cream.

I wasn't really seeing any difference for a while, in fact my skin seemed to get really dry. Now though most of that has cleared up and my acne is healing! I am thinking about getting another oil to help with hyperpigmentation and acne scars at some point.

This is the best cleanser; I love using it in the morning and feel very refreshed without chemicals on my face. It has also helped my children with their acne. Afterwards, I use the One which is so refreshing and helpful for my dry skin.

Love this as a first cleanse in the morning. It’s very gentle and doesn’t aggregate my sensitive skin. Not too sure it would take off a full face of makeup at the end of the day though as it’s very light and foamy.

This is a great addition to my minimal face care. I need something different to cleanse my face as right before my monthly cycle. I am prone to hormonal breakouts, and this is a wonderful cleanser to use to minimize that once-a-month hormonal acne.

I purchased this cleanser thinking that it would help my oily skin I was wrong it gave me fungal acne the 2-3 pumps recommend to use vanishes after 20 seconds of rubbing it into the skin the cleanser is very small and it is not worth the hefty price tag all of the individuals giving this cleanser a good review received it for free in exchange for a 5 star review

USGreat Routine Addition
I tried a sample of this cleanser and after only a few washes, purchased the full-size! It is an excellent gentle foaming cleanser that really calms my skin without drying or irritating it. I had previously used cleansers by CeraVe, Vanicream, and CLn, and while they were all decent cleansers, they were not as gentle and sometimes left my skin dry and irritated, even when followed by a moisturizer. The Reset Cleanser does not feel heavy or greasy and rinses off nicely. I use it in the AM before applying sunscreens and occasionally double cleanse with it in the PM before bed. I look forward to trying other Symbiome products!

USAn Unexpected Cure
Was not expecting to even use this deluxe sample, BUT, it turned out to be my cure! Having tried another brand of skin care before finding Symbiome, I reacted to the previous brand with recurring acne on my nose. Nothing I tried cleared this condition until I tried the Reset. A three month long problem is now gone thanks to the Reset! Just what I needed!
